Generally 1-3 business days if the part is in stock. If we need to special order it, up to 2 weeks. Special orders usually apply to Apple's newest Macs.

Yes. We provide a one-year warranty on batteries and memory. Other parts carry a 60-day warranty against manufacturer defects. Software is not covered.

No. Apple Authorized means you can service in-warranty units. However, we're fully Apple Certified to service any out-of-warranty units, including those affected by accidental damage that AppleCare won't cover.
