Do you only service macs?

Yes that's our expertise! Especially making your Mac last for years to come. If your Mac needs attention start here.

How can I make an appointment for mac service?

Start here. If we can assist you we'll email/text you with instructions on how to make a curbside appointment.

What are your prices?

Depending on make and year: Logic board replacement: $300-$500. Laptop hard drive replacement: $199-$250. Start here and we'll give you a better estimate.

Can you repair any mac?

Yes but every Mac is not worth repairing. If that's the case, we'll just say so and recommend a refurbished Mac to match your needs for the next 3-5 years.

What do you charge for diagnostics?

$29 applied as a credit to any service charge.

Do I need a diagnostic if i already know what's wrong?

Yes. We always do our own diagnostic testing. However we record your findings during intake.

How long does the diagnostic take?

1-2 business days. We also have same day diagnostic for an additional cost.

what's your turnaround time for repair?

Generally 2-4 business days if the part is in stock. If we need to special order it, up to 2 weeks. Special orders usually apply to Apple's newest Macs.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. We provide a one-year warranty on batteries and memory. Other parts carry a 60-day warranty against defects. Other items like software are not covered.

Are you apple authorized?

No. Apple Authorized means you can service in-warranty units. However, we're fully Apple Certified to service any out-of-warranty units, including those affected by accidental damage that AppleCare won't cover.

What other services do you provide?

Professional Data Recovery and Remote Support.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

The usual suspects...Visa/MC/Amex/Discover. We've also been paid with apple pie (true story).

Do you sell mac parts?

Yes. Those among the DIY crowd can look here.

What are your hours?

We're open 1PM-5PM Monday to Thursday by appointment only.
