Before launching The Mac Support Store in 2005, owner Jeff Graber began an all-Mac consultancy in 1996.
Working with home users, small businesses and enterprise businesses such as Tommy Hilfiger and Viacom, Jeff created customized technology solutions based on the individual needs of each client.

Listening is a skill he's very good at, especially when a client cannot effectively describe the result they want. Your concern is his conern.
COMMUNICATING.
Jeff has never been a fan of techno-babble and he doesn't use it. You'll know exactly what's happening every step of the call.
RATE.
Jeff charges $199 per hour, billed in fifteen minute increments after the first hour. Flat rates are available for larger projects.
